TensorFlow - Tricks of the Trade
Mihaela Rosca is a Research Engineer at DeepMind, working on generative models research. Previously, she was a software engineer at Google, focusing on applying deep learning techniques to natural language processing. The two roles involved using TensorFlow, both in a production oriented fashion as well as a pure research perspective.
Introduction to Generative Adversarial Networks. Application to Semi-Supervised Learning
Jorge del Val is a technological researcher in BEEVA as a part of BBVA's innovation center. He also collaborates as a research fellow in the Signal Processing Applications Group (GAPS) in Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (UPM) since 2014 in the areas of machine learning and multi-agent systems. He received his M.S. in Mathematical Engineering from Universidad Complutense de Madrid (UCM) and his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from UPM. He also holds a partial B.S. in Physics from UNED. His current research interests include deep generative models, reinforcement learning and numerical methods in distributed multi-agent systems.
Round table about Machine Learning
Luis Hernández (SSR), Joaquín Salvachúa (DIT) and Pedro Zufiría (Mathematics) will highlight Machine Learning at ETSIT
