Acto de recepción de estudiantes Erasmus en el Ayuntamiento de Estocolmo
El otro día recibí el siguiente mail de Birgitta Beskow, mi coordinadora Erasmus en KTH:
Invitation to City Hall Reception
Dear KTH international exchange students;
The City of Stockholm and the Stockholm County Council are pleased to invite you to a reception at the City Hall, to welcome you in Stockholm. The reception will take place on Sunday, 4 October 2009 at 12.45 pm (sharp).
An open lunch buffet and alcohol-free drinks will be served in the Blue Hall and the Golden Hall, where the Nobel Prize Banquet takes place every year. Dress up nicely. No tennis shoes (sneakers) or jeans.
As there are only 400 tickets available for KTH students, they will be given out on a first-come, first-serve basis. The registration from will be available at http://www.webforum.com/form/kthinternational/form.asp?sid=426181736 . It opens on Wednesday, 16 September at 19:00.
Students who are awarded tickets will receive a confirmation email and you can collect tickets at Room 2, behind the Student expedition, Forum-building, 23rd September at 12:30-13:00 p.m.
Se trata de una invitación para el recibimiento que se hará en el Ayuntamiento de Estocolmo a estudiantes Erasmus. Es el próximo 4 de Octubre y asistirán hasta 400 alumnos. Hay que ir bastante arreglado así que el banquete promete (por cierto, que se celebra donde los Premios Nobel).
